Advanced Buyers
This package is for Buyers that have already found a home. Saving Realty picks up the process by preparing a contract and completing other necessary steps leading up to closing. Our role is to mainly take a consultative approach for this homebuyer. Saving Advanced features the following:

Buyer does their own home search

Minimum purchase price is $150,000

Buyer receives 30 % of the commission upon closing and funding

Saving Realty will draft a purchase contract and assist with negotiating through agreement and execution

Buyer will transfer to Premier Buyers additional showings are necessary or if client desires additional services
Saving Realty gives our Home Buyers up to 30% rebate of our commission when we close and fund on their new home.

Premier Buyers
This is our premier package. This package is for the Buyer that wants to use our service, but is going through the preliminary steps of narrowing down their search for a property. This Buyer knows that they will likely require several showings to make their decision. Saving Premier features the following:

Buyers get 3 home showings

Buyer does their own home search

Minimum purchase price is $100,000

Buyer receives 10% rebate of the commission when the deal closes.

Saving Realty will draft a purchase contract and assist with negotiating through agreement and execution

Buyer will transfer to Classic Buyers if additional showings are necessary .
Saving Realty gives our Home Buyers up to 10% rebate of our commission when we close and fund on their new home
Saving Realty gives our Home Buyers up to 30% rebate of our commission when we close and fund on their new home.
Classic Buyers
This is our Full Service package. This package is for the Buyer that needs a Traditional Agent to provide Traditional Services. Saving Classic features the following:
